The product demonstrates itself. A self-running demo in the hero walks a real deal from pitch to signed contract; every capability card carries a live micro-UI vignette instead of an icon. Motion = the software working.
A playbill-inspired identity. The page reads as a theatre programme — the problem in Act I, the journey as a running order of scenes, capabilities as company credits, principles as house rules. Atmosphere over animation.
The provenance promise made visible. A red thread runs the length of the page and fills as you scroll; each section is a numbered entry in one operational record, and the messy documents get filed into it one by one.
